Our App

The app is used to open bike, check your wallet status and your riding history.

  • Scan the QR code on the back of the bike to open it.
  • Go-to menu to check your wallet status.
  • Check rides on the menu to see your previous rides.

Two different Apps are needed to access the service. CYKIQ’s app to use bicycle and SimSim mobile wallet to make payments.

  • Enable the GPS to locate a bike near you. Keep the GPS open during the time of ride.
  • Your phone number is your username and it will be verified during sign up.
  • To scan the QR code, keep the phone at a distance of one foot with QR code fully in the camera frame.

Wallet and Charges

CYKIQ has an in-built wallet that can be topped up by paying in cash. It is also embedded with SimSim is a mobile wallet for hassle-free cashless payments. It uses QR code verification for the transaction of funds. There is no transaction fee for paying or getting money by SimSim.

CYKIQ automatically deducts a base fare from your SimSim wallet at the start of the ride and SimSim informs you of the deduction via SMS.

SimSim can be juiced up using any ATM, internet banking, Debit card, Credit card, Omni merchant, any other SimSim user. Tutorials for top-up can be found in the application “Add Money” tab.

Cost of a ride is based on time of travel. There is a base fare of Rs 5* that gets deducted at the start of ride and fuels you for 30 mins. Afterwards, Rs 5** is charged for every half an hour.

More packages will be introduced soon as per user requirements.

Recharge your account if the balance is less than the cost of a ride or 0.

The top-up in your cy-wallet can only be used for renting bicycle and is not refundable nor transferable. In case of unlock code doesn’t the cycle, the charged rent will be reimbursed immediately.

Our Bicycles

Check the map to search for bicycles nearby. If the bicycles are not showing, try refreshing the map.

You can return the cycle anywhere where others can find it and is not problematic to passing traffic and pedestrians.

Do not use an already broken bike. If you accidentally unlock a broken bike, lock it back and report it at the customer care number by sending the ride summary screenshot on customer care WhatsApp.

This can happen, its suggested to use any nearby bike you find. Keep the GPS open at all time of ride so when the ride ends the correct final location of the bike is marked and others can find it.

Scanning QR should display unlock code, if it doesn’t there can be following reasons.

  • Don’t have insufficient balance, topup SimSim.
  • You have already issued another bike.
  • The bike is faulty.
  • You SimSim account is blocked.
  • Bike is being used by someone and is on hold.

Report the customer service if the unlock code that shows up on the application doesn’t unlock the cycle. Your payment will be reimbursed immediately so you can unlock another cycle.
